			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello everyone I know it is a little late but I could not sleep so I felt like writing a small blog post. </p>
<p>I want to talk about alkaline health today. Ever since I have started my acid alkaline diet i have felt better than ever. I read a bunch of information about alkaline diets but failed to put it to the test. I knew my body acidity was out of control but never knew that these simple steps could deliver the results that they did in such a short amount of time.</p>
<p>Almost 4 months after starting the diet I have already lost 35 pounds and I am much more active everyday. My new found alkaline health has helped my depression fade away and I find myself laughing and having much <a href="http://www.alkalinebody.com/recommends/more_energy/15/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">more energy</a> while I am performing activities. All of my close friends and family say that they have never seen me so happy and say I have a new special glow about me. I feel the same way.</p>

Alkaline health has been a major factor in my transition to better health and I recommend this alkaline diet to anyone who is feeling down and out and like nothing is going to work out. This will work if you stick it our and are consistent.</p>
<p>If you learn how to balance the body you are going to feel much better in day to day life. Alkaline cells are also know to have cancer fighting cells, and they boost your immune system greatly. This is because the body is meant to be alkaline in nature, and all the cruddy foods we eat are acidic in nature. This is a huge problem, as we are fighting an uphill battle. We  need to watch out for acidic foods because it will eventually lead to body acidity and therefore you will end up having an acidic body. Not good news.</p>

Sound confusing? It really is simple, but sounds way to complex.</p>

If you can keep the foods you consume balanced you will eventually have a balanced body. If you are looking to lose weight for the long term and keep it off then an alkalizing diet is just right for you. Most other diets are temporary, but when you achieve an alkaline body you will see permanent results. </p>
<p>Here are some quick tips you need to keep in mind when thinking about starting an alkaline diet. </p>
<p>So what are the first steps to starting an alkaline diet? Hydration is a key factor! You need to drink as much as you can without going overboard and constantly stay hydrated. Doing this will dramatically increase and speed up your alkaline body results. Try not to drink anything acidic. Stay away from your favorite sodas, energy drinks, teas, and coffee. Again step one would be drink plenty of water.</p>
<p>Remember to eat plenty of fruit. This is very critical when it comes to starting an alkaline diet. Fruits have a high amount of nutrients and taste great so I don’t think this will be an issue for you. </p>
<p>Try to avoid artificial sweeteners and foods with preservatives. Our bodies are not designed to get rid of these and in turn won’t digest them. So they get stored away and thus you gain weight.  All these are huge setbacks in weight loss and avoiding them will help you achieve your alkaline body much faster.  Remember, you are what you eat. Eating salad and fresh veggies is a great way to keep your body alkaline. This will balance the body and also increase your body alkalinity levels. </p>
